Tiff was amazing at building my site and I loved the service, however, now that she is no longer with the company, the customer service has gone down. My site isn't able to be viewed due to a server issue and I have emailed Witty Cookie a few times in the past month and still have not gotten a response. My site has now been down for at least a month (I was not notified of this issue until one of my clients tried to visit my site a month ago so it may have been down for even longer than that). As a small business, it is crucial for my potential clients to be able to view my site and now because of this delay, I have potentially lost business.read more

My sister and I run a clothing store in the lower mainland. We needed somebody to help us sell on the web and build a swanky new website. We were using a 3rd party store before that didn't match our branding very well. I met some people from WittyCookie at a conference we were at and we ended up working with them on our new web site. I don't know a lot about how it all works but we were very picky when it comes to design as that is our area of expertise.
