We paid for a logo to get done. Turnaround time was 2 weeks for examples of a logo. Too long. Logos were not to my... liking. They redid them and we were not satisfied with the end product. Logos are horrible and nothing like the portfolio on their website. They look like they were taken from Fivver. We are not satisfied with our product and would like a refund but they refused to give a refund.read more

Tiff was amazing at building my site and I loved the service, however, now that she is no longer with the company, the... customer service has gone down. My site isn't able to be viewed due to a server issue and I have emailed Witty Cookie a few times in the past month and still have not gotten a response. My site has now been down for at least a month (I was not notified of this issue until one of my clients tried to visit my site a month ago so it may have been down for even longer than that). As a small business, it is crucial for my potential clients to be able to view my site and now because of this delay, I have potentially lost business.read more

My sister and I run a clothing store in the lower mainland. We needed somebody to help us sell on the web and build a... swanky new website. We were using a 3rd party store before that didn't match our branding very well. I met some people from WittyCookie at a conference we were at and we ended up working with them on our new web site. I don't know a lot about how it all works but we were very picky when it comes to design as that is our area of expertise. They did a good job of working with our restrictions and getting the site built quickly.read more
